Those who are housed for 3 nights must purchase the meals between Thursday and Saturday. The registration form has a place to purchase Wednesday dinner separately, or it may be purchased at the door (cash).

To register for the conference, please print one copy for each registrant of the appropriate registration form depending on the accommodations that you would like.
