  • Housing/Meals/Excursion: Housing, meal and excursion costs are listed below in Canadian dollars. See the current conversion rates from US dollars.

  • Student Grants: In addition to the conference registration discount for graduate and undergraduate students, the ACMS will offer five travel grants up to $200 to graduate students for costs not covered by other sources. The awards will be made on a first-come first-served basis. To receive monetary support, graduate students must register for the ACMS conference and indicate on the form below that they are requesting a travel grant. Students selected to receive the travel grants will be informed quickly whether they have received the grant. Those receiving the grant should submit their travel receipts when they register at the conference. All reimbursed graduate students are expected to attend the events of the conference.

  • Guests/Spouses: Conference participants are allowed to bring a spouse who will not attend the conference sessions. In this case, it is assumed that this guest will spend the same nights in campus housing as the registrant.

  • Spouses Also Attending: If both spouses attend the conference, we invite each person to register for the conference separately. Please clarify with Redeemer Campus Services that you will share a room.

  • Payment: This year, the payment occurs in a two step process: 1) registrants must first pay for the conference registration (in USD) and then 2) pay for the housing, meals, and excursion (in CAD). In each case, when done with the PayPal payment process, please click the link that returns you to the ACMS webpage. Doing so will complete the transaction and send an email receipt for your accounting purposes.
