Judith Canner
California State University Monterey Bay
Dr. Judith E. Canner is a Professor of Statistics and Department Chair in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at California State University, Monterey Bay, where she founded the Statistics and Data Science Program. She is also a founding Board Member of the California Alliance for Data Science Education. While she has contributed to research in ecology, psychology, kinesiology, and other fields in the past, currently her research focuses on evaluation of educational interventions for underprepared students in mathematics and statistics and pedagogy for teaching statistics and data science.

Catherine Crockett

Catherine Crockett earned her PhD in Mathematics from the University of California, Riverside with a specialization in topology. She is currently a tenured professor in the Mathematical, Information and Computer Sciences department at Point Loma Nazarene University (PLNU) where she has taught for 18 years. She has been a member of ACMS since 2008. Dr. Crockett’s current research interests are in knot theory, quantitative literacy and ethics in computer and data science. She also enjoys gardening and exploring San Diego with her dog.

Erica Oldaker
Gordon College
Erica K. Oldaker is an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Gordon College. She has long been familiar with Christian higher education, having graduated with a B.S. in Mathematics from Lee University and obtaining her Ph.D. from Baylor University. Her mathematical interests lie at the intersection of mathematical physics and graph theory, and she enjoys dabbling with questions from both of those realms. However, her greatest love (professionally) is her students, and she is passionate about bringing the joy of mathematics to everyone. Erica attended her first ACMS conference in 2022 and has been involved with the organization ever since. She is delighted to have the opportunity to serve on the ACMS board and help further its mission.

Shelley Zhang
Gordon College
Dr. Zhang is enthusiastic about computer science education and eager to share the wonders of this ever-evolving discipline with students. She has extensive experience in teaching, mentoring, advising students, and also in curriculum development. Her major research focus is on intelligent agent technologies and multi-agent systems, with potential application domains such as cooperative team missions, social networks, health informatics, virtual organizations, and supply chain management. She has received multiple research grants from DARPA/IPTO (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency / Information Processing Technology Office) and ONR (Office of Naval Research).
