When completed, please click the submit button at the bottom.  Each adult, whether participant or spouse, should complete a separate registration form. Campus housing is charged per person rather than per room, so everyone intending to stay on campus should select the campus housing option.  Please direct registration questions and all registrations involving families with children to Tom Clark at Tom.Clark@dordt.edu.

Conference Registration

Give the name of the conference participant you are accompanying.
During the conference, we will hold simultaneous excursions to Eros Datas Center (USGS) or the SiouxNami Waterpark. Transportation expenses and admission fees are covered within the conference registration. Please indicate your choice of excursion below.

Pre-Conference Workshops

Pre-conference workshops will be held prior to the start of the conference, from the morning of Tuesday, May 28 until early afternoon on Wednesday, May 29. If registering for a pre-conference workshop, be sure to select appropriate lodging and meal plans below. Workshop 1: Bryan Dawson: “Teaching Calculus with Infinitesimals” Workshop 2: Kristin Camenga: “Early Career Professional Development” Workshop 3: Nathan Tintle: “Teaching Introductory Statistics with GAISE: Statistical Investigation Process, Multi-Variable Thinking, Simulation-Based Inference"

Lodging

On campus lodging is available in either doubles (with a roommate) or in singles. Please select below the nights for which you would like on-campus lodging. If you will be traveling by air to a pre-conference workshop, you will likely want to arrive on Monday. If you will be attending the main conference only, then you should arrive Wednesday. Most participants will depart after lunch on Saturday, but you may stay on campus Saturday night if you wish. A linens/towels package is available. For any attendees wishing to stay off campus, the city of Sioux Center has a list of recommended hotels in the area.
Campus rooms are either first, second, or third floor. Check the box if a first floor room is required for mobility reasons.

Meals

The conference meal package begins with dinner on Wednesday, May 29 and concludes with breakfast on Saturday, June 1 including a Friday formal dinner. The pre-conference meal package begins with breakfast on Tuesday, May 28 and concludes with lunch on Wednesday, May 29. An additional box lunch is available for Saturday, June 1. Those arriving in time for Monday dinner will find many restaurants a short walk from campus.
